The Apartments

The apartments have been in use since 2001. While the urbanisation is partly residential, many owners rent their apartment to holiday- makers and golfers who return on a regular basis as the atmosphere at Las Golondrinas is always friendly and welcoming.
All the apartments are large and modern with two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens including oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish-washer.

Most of the apartments are air-conditioned (heating in winter) and all have satellite TV.
The terraces have dining area’s for those al-fresco meals as well as the dining area inside the apartment.
Each apartment is individually furnished with views overlooking the well maintained gardens or directly onto the golf course.

Las Golondrinas is a low rise development of two and three bedroom apartments and has been built to a high specification with individual terraces, private heated swimming pool, secure off street parking, landscaped gardens and private entrance.

The development next door has a bar and restaurant which welcomes visitors from Las Golondrinas and during the summer there is entertainment most nights including a flamenco night.
Also within walking distance is a mini-supermarket, the Restaurant ‘El Golf’ and two Spanish Venta’s, Hoyo 19 and La Morena for the more traditional Spanish fare.

For more lively evenings the resort of Fuengirola is a short drive away with many bars and restaurants. The whole of the summer months the resort is alive with activity including its miles of sandy beaches, the famous Mijas Aqua Park, horse riding and water sports as well as the many golf courses on the Costa Del Sol.
